About Jonathan Greene

Jonathan Greene's career journey was not a straight line. He started investing in real estate before he could vote, became a prosecutor and defense attorney, opened four art galleries, curated a museum, taught graduate students, and came back to where he started.

Now he runs Streamline, a data-driven, investor-friendly, independent real estate brokerage in Madison, NJ, and hosts Zen and the Art of Real Estate Investing, a podcast with 365+ episodes built around the idea of financial mindfulness, wealth generation, and lifestyle architecture.

He has been involved in real estate transactions for 30+ years across multiple states, including single-family rentals, short-term rentals, flips, syndications, commercial strip malls, and industrial. He is also a licensed Associate Broker in New York with Country House Realty, focused on weekend homes and short-term rentals in Upstate New York.

He speaks nationally on mindful investing, wealth creation, agent productivity, and finding deals in uncertain markets. Past appearances include BPCON, BiggerPockets Podcast (4x), and Curaytor Excellence. He has been featured in Authority Magazine, Business Insider, Canvas Rebel, New York Real Estate Journal, and New American Funding.

An artist's edition of his first poetry collection, This Day Never Goes Away, is out now.
